This notice covers the website resillo.com. Each of our apps and services will have its own privacy policy, published with it.

Who is responsible

The controller of your personal data is RESILLO SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, ul. Karola Olszewskiego 6, 25-663 Kielce, Poland, entered in the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register (KRS) under number 0001112956, NIP 9592074444. You can reach us at office@resillo.com.

What we collect when you visit

The site has no analytics, advertising, tracking pixels, embedded third-party content or forms. To deliver the pages and protect them from abuse, our hosting provider processes the technical data every browser sends: your IP address, the address of the page you requested, the time of the request and your browser’s user-agent string.

Cookies and storage on your device

We set no cookies of our own. Cloudflare, which delivers the site, may set a strictly necessary security cookie (__cf_bm) that helps tell people from automated traffic. It expires after 30 minutes without activity.

The site keeps nothing else on your device: it has no settings to remember and stores nothing in your browser.

When you contact us

If you email or call us, we use your email address or phone number and what you tell us to reply and to deal with your matter. We keep the correspondence and any notes of the call for as long as that takes, and afterwards for as long as it may be needed to establish, pursue or defend claims.

We process this data on the basis of our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR): running a secure website and answering the messages and calls we receive. Where your message or call concerns a contract with us or steps before entering into one, the basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Giving us your data is voluntary. Without the technical data your browser sends, the site cannot be shown to you; without your email address or phone number and what you tell us, we cannot reply.

Who receives the data

Cloudflare, Inc. hosts and delivers the website and may process technical data outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or on standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission. Email sent to us is handled by our email hosting provider.

How long we keep it

We do not keep server logs ourselves. Cloudflare, acting as our processor, keeps the technical data only for as long as it needs to deliver the pages and protect them from abuse, and then deletes it. Correspondence is kept as described above.

Staying safe online

Using any website carries general internet risks, such as malware or phishing. We serve this site only over HTTPS and never ask for passwords or payment details; treat any message claiming otherwise as fraud.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing and to object to processing based on our legitimate interests. Where we process your data to take steps towards or perform a contract, you may also receive it in a portable format. To use these rights, write to office@resillo.com.

You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych), ul. Stanisława Moniuszki 1A, 00-014 Warszawa.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making, including profiling.
